Cute as a button, holiday cottage only 25 mins from Perth CBD and 3 min drive to beautiful beach and shopping centre.

The cottage has everything you need for a very comfortable stay.

Reverse cycle airconditioning, fuly equipped kitchen and laundry, big bathroom and comfy lounge. Ideal for a couple (queen sized bed), but has a second bedroom with a single bed too. All linen and crockery is provided as is fridge and washing machine.

The cottage is situated on a large block with lots of trees and a bush park is a 1min walk away.Mullaloo Beach and park is a 3 min drive from the house and supermarket is only a 2 min drive (easy walk)
