Prefer minimum of one week bookings, but will consider shorter stays. Shorter stays by arrangement After a booking is confirmed I request a small deposit. When the booking is confirmed and you are happy with the arrangements I will give my bank details or we can discuss other methods of payment. Deposits can be made with Visa & Master Cards, a 2.5% fee will be charged for payments with cards. Deposits are fully refunded if you advise upto 4 weeks before occupancy, or if I can relet your booked dates if less notice is given. I ask for full payment within the first few days of arrival, if your stay is cut short and I relet the house I will refund the unused balance less a cleaning fee of $50 Thank you for visiting this site.Accommodation Rates
